Because each piece is individually produced just for you, we maintain an all sales final policy on custom print orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will issue a free replacement for any order that arrives:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Damaged or defective due to printing errors<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Damaged during shipping<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Incorrect item sent due to our error<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We Do Not Cover<\/span><\/h2>\n

    We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Incorrect size ordered by the customer<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Color variations due to different screen displays<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Orders where incorrect shipping address was provided<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      How to Report a Problem<\/span><\/h2>\n

      If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:<\/span><\/p>\n
