All artwork prints sold through JLisette Art are custom made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each piece is individually produced just for you, we maintain an all sales final policy on custom print orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
What We Cover
We will issue a free replacement for any order that arrives:
- Damaged or defective due to printing errors
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item sent due to our error
What We Do Not Cover
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Color variations due to different screen displays
- Orders where incorrect shipping address was provided
How to Report a Problem
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:
- Email us at: contact@jlisetteart.com
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- We will respond within 2-3 business days
Processing & Shipping Time
Please allow the following timeframes for your order:
- Production time: 3-7 business days
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 8-17 business days
